The problem is that the chips are warming we haven’t finding the reason for this issue, the warm is too high that vapors are present, not only is warming the chip is turning darkness. This is the first time that we have a problem as this, we never had hear about a similar situation What can I recommend? Recently we did water test and all seems normal, the soluble had odor problems but because the pH was low, we fixed the problem, but this problem with the warming chip is our the worry of our customer.
