Quaker Chemical Corporation has announced that it has acquired G.W. Smith & Sons, Inc., a leading manufacturer and supplier of die cast lubricants ("G.W. Smith"). The acquired business has net sales of approximately $14 million.  Still, the question remains - Can they win a Death Match?
