As a user, ideally we want zero MWF disposals which is impossible. Closely monitoring and upgrading to more bio-stable coolants may extend sump life. But to achieve dramatic ecological and economic benefits, a completely new way of working is needed. In combination with cleaners, Quaker is talking about a new concept called 2PAQ. When the cleaner solution becomes saturated, instead of being disposed of, it is added to the coolant tank to aid with volume control ("top-up"). Want to know how? Check the article link.
