blowing smoke

I have a customer that is using a light visc oil with a touch of fat to grind a chrome tube.  He is generating a lot of smoke and would like to try a different oil.  What type of product should I have him try?

You may want to take a look at the new Blaser straight oils. They boast a higher flashpoint and it this does not solve your problem it will at least lessen the probabiliity of burning your shop down. Good Luck.......... SAL IMBORNONE
