You'll be late for class if we don't update the schedule. STLE has changed the scheduled start for the MWF Chemistry Webinar, which will now be offered on March 20.

Here are all the MWF webinars from STLE scheduled for 2014 at this time (others may be added):

1/29: Amines 101 for Metalworking Fluids, Pat Brutto

3/20: Guidelines for Selecting Additives to Use in Metalworking Fluids, Neil Canter

7/30: Metalworking Corrosion Issues and Test Methods, Jerry Byers

September (TBD): Synthetic Metalworking Fluids (final title TBD), Alan Eckard. STLE is considering another between October and December with John Burke, but news on that will be forthcoming.

STLE has just announced that the METALWORKING FLUID CERTIFICATE COURSE is being offered again in March 11-13, 2014 in Atlanta. If you haven't been (or haven't been in the last five years) this is THE course to attend. I have been to this myself and other training courses and this one is the gold standard. Try to add in attendance at the STLE Annual Meeting. If you're in this business, you need to attend this course and read Jerry Byer's book (Metalworking Fluids - 2nd Edition). After that, just read METALWORKING FLUID MAGAZINE (don't Google it, that's us) once a week and you'll be up-to-date.
