Metalworking "FluidWorker "

"FluidWorker" is a compact system from Wallenius, Sweden for bacterial control in metalworking fluids. It requires no time-consuming installation or downtime. You can plug directly into ongoing production. It can continuously purify the fluid which will contribute to safer work environment and better stability of the fluid. Along with concentration and tramp oil control, there is nothing more important than finding a way to control (and quickly measure) the growth of microorganisms in the system.

The active treatment process is based on Wallenius AOT (advanced oxidation technology), which combines UV-disinfection and active oxygen to break down microorganisms without adding biocides. FluidWorker is portable and comes with a pump, hoses, a level gauger and tank brackets for mounting on the coolant tank. The system can be directly connected to a 3-phase socket. I'm not sure what the "active oxygen" claim is about, but otherwise it sounds a lot little like the technology of the US Coolant Wizard without the oil skimmer and filter. Maybe we can learn more about this one.
