Fuchs Ecocool S761B has been approved by Boeing for use in areas 2 and 3, in addition to previously gained approvals for areas 5 and 6. ECOCOOL S761B is approved as a cutting fluid for heat treated steel, multi-metal stacks, titanium and non-exterior aluminium. To gain this prestigious approval, ECOCOOL S761B was put under extensive testing, including galvanic corrosion protection evaluation and research into any potential effects the fluid may have on the metal on a microstructural level.
