Milacron LLC announced today its acquisition by affiliates of CCMP Capital Advisors, LLC has been completed. Financial terms weren’t announced. Cincinnati-based Milacron is a plastics processing and industrial fluids company.  CCMP has been around since 1984 and looks like a bunch of rich people that buy up really expensive stuff.  According to their website, the initals refer to their heritage:

Chemical Ventures / Chase Capital / Manufacturers Hanover Capital/J.P. Morgan Partners

No word on any planned changes to the color of the fluid.
