Chip wringing can be exhausting.  Especially for the small machin shop owner.  Fortunately, the technology for this process has been successfully captured for years.  There are several competing processes, including those that crush the chips into little hockey pucks for handling and recycling.

One system suited for smaller shops is Barrett Fluid Extractors, which provide rapid acceleration and high "G" forces to effectively and efficiently extract all recoverable fluids in a short cycle providing maximum fluid recovery.  Also offering programmable cycles with PLC and touch screen controls. Proven rugged design with direct motion drive to interior components.
