Chinese Seperation Technology (Updated)
We received this information from Top Rise Environmental Engineering Co. Ltd. They are located in China and we thought it would be interesting to take a look at their system. The attachments provided require an understanding that their English is better than your Chinese, but neither is perfect. The system looks to have patented technology, and includes five stages of reclamation. In the end, clear looking water is provided for mixing with the new batch of concentrate. Give it a look. Our systems are fully tested and accepted by customers like electronic bonding machine manufacturing plant, computer's aluminum acutator parts factory, car parts factory... in China. At this moment we don't have system out of China, as different customers are machining different metals, using different water parameters, machine lathe and so we need to evaluate the waste sample case by case. From our experience, milky emulsion (Water Soluble MWF) is the most eaiser and less treatment process to separate the High COD pure water out. While synthetic (Pure Chemicals) is the most difficult to separate the High COD water out and semi-syntheic is somewhere in between. Capacticy can be done by 30 Gallons to 13,000 Gallons per Hours. It depends on the floor space and budget provided.
