One of the best things to happen in the Metalworking Fluid Community was when STLE took up the task of creating training programs for Metalworking Fluid Mangers and staff.  In my estimation, nothing did more to clean up the tens of thousands of sumps in America in the last 1/2 century than the introduction of the STLE courses on metalworking fluids.  Here is an opportunity to pick up additional training or to get the all important refresher course since your boss was too cheap to send you to Detroit for the Annual Meeting - or your wife just didn't want to go shopping there so you're waiting till next year.
